Following its presence at BTL – Better Tourism Lisbon Travel Market 2026, Hoti Hoteis Group further reinforced its position in the sector by being distinguished at one of the event’s key moments.

Hoti Hoteis Group was recognized at the Smart and Green Tourism conference, an initiative integrated into the 35th anniversary celebrations of Ambitur, held at BTL in Pavilion 5.

The distinction was received by the Group’s CEO, Miguel Caldeira Proença, during a session attended by Pedro Machado, Secretary of State for Tourism, Commerce and Services, highlighting the Group’s track record, consistency and strategic vision in advancing a more responsible and forward-looking tourism sector.

At the same conference, the Group’s Founder, Manuel Henrique Proença, was also distinguished with the Personality Award, recognizing his decisive contribution to the consolidation of the Group and his significant impact on the tourism sector in Portugal.
