Hoti Hoteis is proud to announce Golden Ria, a landmark project that marks the group’s entry into the residential real estate sector and strengthens its strategy of diversification and sustainable growth.

Located in front of the Meliá Ria Hotel, in one of Aveiro’s most modern and vibrant areas, Golden Ria was designed to combine living, hospitality, and well-being within a contemporary urban concept that enhances the city’s development and its riverside area.
